Masala Murukku is a traditional South Indian spicy, crispy savory snack made from rice flour flavored with cumin, chili powder, and black sesame. Usually, murukku is prepared in every home during the festival session, especially Deepavali. This lengthy process starts from getting good-quality raw rice.
