1. There is no refund for regular orders.
   
2. If any of the pack inside the box was unsealed then we will process refund for the unsealed pack. Contact us with in a day requesting for the refund explaining the exact reason. If needed we will request for a photo, once the necessary details are provided we will make sure your refund process in hassle free.
